Rental Policies

Weather policy
For safety reasons, we cannot set up in rain or high winds. If we call to confirm
your event and you elect to cancel, no payment is required.
However, there are no refunds or discounts once we have set up the inflatable.

Bounce-A-Bout reserves the right to cancel due to inclement weather.

Need to cancel or re-schedule?
We just ask that you call us in advance to let us know. There are no cancellation fees.**

**Non-refundable deposit may be required for some units reserved for Holidays.
